Lists may be submitted in any one of the following ways: Send your requests electronically using Reserve's online article or book forms. email your syllabus or list of citations to reserves@jhu.edu use the printed article and/or book forms sent to instructors every semester; return them by campus mail or by US Postal Service to: MSEL Reserves Johns Hopkins University 3400 N. Charles Street Baltimore, MD 21218 fax your citations or syllabus to (410) 516-8908 Please include your name, course number, telephone and/or fax number, email address and expected enrollment; select a circulation status. Please fully cite your requests for published course materials. Include author, title, publisher and edition or publication date. If relevant, please state your editor/translator of choice. If material is not fully cited, staff will contact instructors to request necessary information, resulting in processing delays.
